She also told me that every Saturday there's an Aerobic Exercise every 5:30 AM in the middle of the sports complex and it is quite popular with elderly joggers. Hearing this made me want to jog even more so I made a vow to do it. I finally found the time to start last week and I have to say its refreshing to be able to jog or do brisk walking that early in the morning.
